It is not the official website of Copal Tulum Hotel, and it is not owned by, operated by, or formally affiliated with Rumba Hospitality, the property's management company.

Use of names and imagery

References to "Copal Tulum," "Copal Gastro & Bar," "Kokoro" and "The Healing Spot" are descriptive: they identify the real property and venues where guests stay and dine. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Photographs on this site depict the property and are presented to help travelers understand what staying there is like; any rights holder with a concern is invited to contact us via the email in the footer for prompt resolution.

Our role

We publish first-hand guidance about the property and the Tulum area, and we receive booking inquiries which we answer personally, confirming availability and rates for stays. Reservations are completed under the terms confirmed in writing at booking time. For anything related to a stay, write to us at reservations@staycopaltulum.com and we will take it from there.

Why this site exists

We built this guide because, as owners, we kept answering the same questions from friends and future guests — which room fits which trip, how the levels differ, what the restaurants and spa are actually like — and no existing website answered them properly. Publishing those answers openly, in English and Spanish, seemed more useful than repeating them one email at a time. Our interest is straightforward and disclosed: when travelers book stays through our inquiries, our family benefits as unit owners, which is exactly why we want every guest to arrive well-informed and leave delighted.
