What your stay includes, from the gym to the sunset ritual.

A complete sanctuary

Copal Tulum works as a small, self-sufficient world in Aldea Zamá. The property pairs the intimate scale of a boutique hotel with resort-grade facilities: two shared pools, a Mayan-ritual spa, two restaurants — one of them Tulum's No. 1 on Tripadvisor —, an equipped gym and a daily experience program that appears each morning on the chalkboard by the pool.

Every room category, from the double room to the four bedroom villa, shares the same foundation of amenities. Here is what you will find:

On the property

  • Jungle pool. The main pool winds between timber decks and greenery, with loungers, palm-thatch umbrellas and food and drink service.
  • Infinity pool. On the upper level, its edge spilling toward the jungle canopy; home of the daily Copal ritual at 6 p.m.
  • The Healing Spot Spa. Mayan-origin rituals, temazcal, flower baths and massages with certified therapists.
  • Copal Gastro & Bar. Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.; room service 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
  • Kokoro Nigiri Bar. A rooftop omakase experience, nightly from 6:30 to 11:00 p.m.; live music on Fridays.
  • Gym. Fully equipped, included for all guests.
  • Experience program. Daily Copal ritual, cacao and fire ceremonies, temazcal, cenote explorations and Sian Ka'an tours, coordinated by the concierge.
  • Concierge. Restaurant reservations, tours, transport and private celebrations, coordinated on the property.

In your room

  • High-speed Wi-Fi. Free in rooms and common areas.
  • Flat screen TV. In every category.
  • Private bathroom. With carved stone sinks and bath amenities.
  • Kitchen or kitchenette. Most categories include an equipped kitchen or kitchenette with refrigerator; double rooms have a fridge bar and microwave.
  • Air conditioning. Throughout the interiors.
  • Terrace or private pool. Depending on category: garden terraces, jungle-level pools or private rooftops.

The difference between categories comes down to space and water: how many bedrooms you need, and whether you want the shared pools, a private jungle-level pool, or your own rooftop. The base amenities are identical across the board, so you can choose a room for how you travel — not out of fear of losing services.

If a specific amenity is decisive for your trip — for example, you need to confirm a crib, accessibility, or the kitchen details of a particular category — mention it in your inquiry and we will verify it directly before you book.
