Thirteen room categories deserved complete photos and descriptions; the restaurants, the spa and the experience program deserved context; and travelers deserved a direct, human way to ask about dates and rates.
staycopaltulum.com is our answer: an independent, owner-family-operated guide that documents the property as we know it — from which level to choose for your style of travel to what hour the infinity pool is quietest — and lets you check availability directly with us, no middlemen.
How it works
Explore the rooms, the spaces and the area guides. When you have dates, send us an inquiry from the contact page: we verify live availability, recommend the right category for your group and share the best current rate. Inquiring costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you prefer the hotel's official channels, we publish their phone numbers too.
What we know from living it
Being owners changes the kind of advice we can give. We know which categories catch the morning sun and which get the afternoon shade; on which level you sleep to birdsong and on which to absolute silence; which Gastro & Bar table is the one for breakfast and at what hour the infinity pool is yours alone. That layer of detail — the one booking platforms never show — is exactly what this site exists to hand you.
We also know the real logistics: how long the airport taxi takes on a Saturday, which cenotes work with kids, when to book Kokoro to land seats at the bar. Ask whatever you need in your inquiry; answering those questions is the part we enjoy most.
