- How fast do you reply? Typically the same day, and almost always within 24 hours. Inquiries with concrete dates get answered first, because they let us verify availability immediately.
- Does inquiring cost anything or commit me? Nothing and no. We reply with availability and a rate; you decide at your own pace. We never ask for payment details through this site.
- What happens after I confirm? We send you written confirmation with the rate, dates and cancellation conditions, along with instructions to secure your reservation.
- Can you help with transfers, spa or restaurants? Yes. Tell us your flight and plans in the message and we will point you to transfers, Kokoro reservations, spa bookings and experiences, working with the property's concierge.
- Do you speak English and Spanish? Both. Write in whichever language you prefer and we reply in the same one.
- What if my dates are flexible? Even better: tell us the range you are considering and the number of nights, and we will point you to the dates with the best availability and rate inside your window. Flexibility almost always translates into a better room for the same budget.
